....and what was to happen, this morning - then?.....well, as follows....a walk down the prom/beach...to note a certain 'pink lady' apple sticker...upon a black bin....remember how the SAS had coded out the 'black bins' - marines?

....and then a trip to M&S and back....twice in fact...because a refund was in order (upon account of a red 'special offer' label at odds with what the till-had-rung-up, again - see previous notes upon 'all of that') and then - later on, I went back to spend that refund....and Obama's 'sarah'-at-the-till, was to joke about 'apples'....such as 'pink lady' apples...her advice being, only buy them when you are 'flush' etc etc...."a reference to mary berry's breakaway group" replies MI5 ONLINE...isn't that amusing?...have they published the book that I had given them an idea for, as yet?

....because I had given them....what I had thought was a rather good idea - for a best-selling book, at the time.....something along the lines of 'comfort food' recipes and from many different cultures - along with simple 'blurbs' by each recipe, describing the personal history to that particular recipe i.e. my grandmother, mother, wife etc etc always made this for me when I felt 'bad'/out of sorts/unwell etc etc and it always made me feel better...because I would read a book like that...I might even buy it and try out all of the recipes....because one always likes to know, doesn't one? for example...my grandmother sophie wyss, knew how to have a peaceful night's sleep....warmed milk 'on the stove' with nutmeg, grated onto the top of it....daldry was of the opinion that 'macaroni cheese' did it, for him...Sharon was of the opinion that only a certain 'couscous' made by his wife - containing a large amount of 'green lentils' - did it for him.....go figure.
