oh I remember what this is all about now....a BI team who had been chipped somewhere 'in the area'..."around the back of the pub" replies MI5 ONLINE...without their consent....and they had wanted to know what type of experimental chip....well, all I can tell you so far is that it is most likely to be related to 'the horns of the dilemma' program but not to worry...seeing as..."nobody can access it"....as far as I know the ill will never ever will be able to use it again....what else can I say?
