...let me scan for more info...and yes the marines have got this one....jaguar-boy had told one of his aides that he would code the above image in as "the shadow of the kremlin"...however when asked if putin and the kremlin were involved...he was to reply that they weren't...with a nervous laugh..."we're doing this on our own"...go figure:
