oh I remember now...having laughed about how 'you're certainly going to have to do that'...in relation to 'error-margin-correction'...if it is going to produce any results at all...I was then to get to the end of the abstract, to then think...wait a minute...they can use it for another purpose....tracking and tracing what connects to may's desk...and yes I can remember now, there were 'talks' around that one - behind may's back...so that the money invested in the project would not be completely 'wasted' let us say....go figure:
