picture this - number 10 or somewhere like it.....an interior - a meeting.....TODDY or somebody like him...flanked by the oil cult 'bigtime'.....had told MI6 officers under mind control and deprived of their VICODIN.....that they would only be allowed a steady supply if they beheaded 'mr cern'.....they all agreed....a venue then had to be decided upon.....toddy was to say 'the VIC....old VIC?'
and somebody....it was HULBRUSCH...had coded out the above THE MAGIC FLUTE poster....note the MET in black.....so it is possible that the venue was changed to the MET? or was that simply a matter of concern at the time....MET detectives.....
BI ONLINE appear to think that the 'ropewalk' is more important....ROPO COOP.....ropolitan....
Ipswich had a ROPEWALK which rimington had wanted me to remember...walking me to a temporary admin assistant 'POLICE TAPES' job - see previous notes.....I had to have clearance to do it - transcribe the tapes (about illegal marketeering in Ipswich town centre)....whilst situated in the local council's ENVIRONMENTAL department office....where all of the TOWN PLANNING OFFICERS had their desks.....
