Secondly NPOWER's rude text has got me annoyed because it is not 'by the rule book'.

NPOWER is supposed to send a meter reader round every quarterly - to read the electricity and gas meters in this block.

the onus is not on the customer to do so.

therefore how dare they tell me to 'submit' and go and do the work that they should be paying others to do?

how dare they?
