that 'drum' out to sea....I might be misinterpreting this...but having just taken a photo of an 'emergency vehicle' of some description...was the whole thing symbolic of a terrorist attack upon emergency services....rendering them as useless as that 'drum' out to sea...off of one of the mermaid's tails...those rock piles? 'rock and roll' eh?...along with the rockefellers....something like that....
...the HOLLIDAY family and their magician's board...go figure...
er...highway maintenance in fact...is that a highway? anyway, the vehicle was slowly backing up down the seafront promenade...in reverse, for some reason...
