....and the most read, dazzlenation?...let's have a look.....ah, that reminds me of my latest 'call centre' operative conversation...after I had called up CHP/Sureserve upon their automated telephone service to get through to somebody who definitely had a german accent - no idea which country.....lol....it's an odd one, isn't it - call centres....i've been put through to lots of different countries before now....but not via CHP or should i say DELTA after the merge with Estuary Housing....anyway, she was to reassure me that i only had one plumbing booking and that the 27th of April plumbing appointment text from CHP had been a mistake upon the system because no such booking existed...perhaps somebody had mistakenly used my phone number because the appointment had clearly been for somebody else etc etc...go figure:
