....and so what is and has really going 'wrong' in Belle Court - dazzlenation?....and for some time etc etc....see previous posts, dazzlenation and in relation to the 'spirit' rooms or some might say where the electrics etc etc are stored in blocked off compartments, of the building....and yes, a surveyor and construction team had been looking for leaks, the other week - see previous posts...oh and upon the note of leaks - my flat's boiler is on the blink and after only 4 years...the worcester is now going the same way as that vaillant number...except that the vaillant had lasted 13 years - 2009-2022...hmmm...see previous notes upon that verminous 'lee jackson' and the furore surrounding getting that vaillant replaced....eventually 'mr church' had come in and slapped a notice on it...declaring it unsafe...quite self-evident and what i had been saying all along etc etc....anyway, a 'waiver' if i were to use it in the interim etc etc before he had had it replaced....anyway, a sureserve engineer has been booked for march 27th and so we shall see etc etc...go figure:
