....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, i had my oppo phone turned off, at the time....and so having turned it on - after the event...i was a bit surprised to learn that there was no text message or voicemail left, as a reminder...and so what is going to happen in a 'real emergency'?...well, i am assuming that the powers that be, figure that you'd already be dead by that point and so why bother to leave a warning!?!....not much of a system, is it...if they can't be bothered to do it properly - as if it were a 'real emergency', in the first place etc etc....or maybe that was just an oversight, eh?....go figure:

anyway, so you'd probably hear it in a crowded area because it goes off upon everybody's phones - even if your phone happens to be turned off...and it coincided with the london marathon and an 'extinction rebellion' demo, according to BBC radio 4, this morning....anyway, remember that supposed 'lion-on-the-streets' of clacton scare...so many years ago now....lol...turned out to be a pussycat in a field etc etc....but anyway, i recognise the need for this type of system, it is just that...well, you know what i mean...the abuses it could be put to etc etc...go figure:
