....and what's new this friday morning, dazzlenation?...an 'odd one' regarding scaffolding over belle court bins room...i wonder what is going on?...for example - remember when 'crappy's illegitimate son came-to-call outside of belle court....with the idea of putting an aerial upon the top of the building?...access to the top of the building, hadn't been possible from belle court...or perhaps it is about 'cladding', who knows?...anyway, CHP took the 'wooden structures' off of the front of the building, so long ago - i cannot remember...therefore - why, waste so much time before etc etc....go figure:
