....anyway, i can see where this is all leading...the sick 'n' the stupid will attempt to make that choice for me....see previous posts and notes regarding what bobby's mob had intended to do....and may i add that none of them have any sort of 'power' over me...including 'power of attorney' or 'deputy' etc etc....i have specifically made 'that one' clear, over the years....not one of my immediate 'family' or 'extended family' has any power to take decisions for me, whatsoever and i will never ever let them have that power....and for obvious reasons - heavens above...go figure:

oh and what about the following then, - dazzlenation?...why would they want to withdraw dissent?...presumably because a patient has changed their mind...unless of course, the criminally-minded who still have access to NHS online databases....decide to use it in order to change records illegally....hmmm....my sixth sense is tingling, here....remember how oscar used to keep a prescription pad and use it...long, after he had retired - at a certain london pharmacy?....anyway, i've filled in the form and sent it off - registering my 'dissent' and so we shall see....go figure:
