.....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, from the macro to the micro and the more 'mundane' let us say....i was to receive an email from CHP - asking how well they had done....regarding the last repair job....now, the last repair job had been some time ago, now....the plumber who had come to repair the toilet flush....and i was to immediately reply and give feedback - five stars for doing a good job.....and so having received another of those 'feedback forms' online....i was to wonder if they were a bit confused....surely sarah boe had told them that she had booked a plumber-for-that-boiler-job upon friday the 21th of may?....see previous notes upon 'all of that'....go figure.
