....and what's new this saturday evening, dazzlenation?...well, remember that children's game - often played in classrooms...to encourage creative storytelling?....one child in the circle or horseshoe seating arrangement...begins the narrative...the next one continues....each adding a line...and so on...until the story is completed....you can say anything you want, whilst taking into account what had already been said...and the next person has to take it on board and then attempt to direct the story in the way that they want....and yes, we were also to play it as young adults...in mrs graham's english lit class....with a difference....because there is another more sophisticated version...if you can call it that....lol....remember the 'write a line' upon the A4 paper fold it over and then pass it on - game?...the teacher then reads out all of the lines, in sequence...and bizarrely enough - even though nobody is supposed to have known (although most people try to cheat) what the last line(s) were (hidden - folded over)....somehow the final version 'makes sense' in a very surreal and silly way....go figure:
