....and what else, dazzlenation?....well, from the macro to the micro...EON was to recently tell me that my account had been moved from NPOWER etc etc...and yes, i have received that 'warm homes discount' - taken off of my last bill....looks like EON is going to be a much easier ride than NPOWER...and regarding those who breeze through it, let us say....although there is one fly in the ointment, which has just been answered by that email....the EON website has a 'warm homes discount' application form (presumably for the year 2021) which doesn't ask all of the necessary questions, regarding my particular application...NPOWER used to ask a different set of questions...and so i was to wonder if the government rules had changed etc etc...anyway, isn't it a nice email?...such a change from etc etc....go figure:
