oh and off the cuff....something that has been really annoying me, this evening...somebody has been smoking that 'skunk cannabis' within the vicinity....doesn't appear to be in the corridor and so somebody outside or perhaps out of their window...and it keeps on coming into my flat...it smells like 'faeces'...a really disgusting smell...how anybody can bear to smoke the stuff....beats me.
