....and you know what really annoys me about this whole 'covid' number, dazzlenation?....it is that whole 'fur/fir-king' number, that marr had pointed out....remember how they used to pay COI employees to stay away from work - and for good reason, i might add?...fir/fur-loughing....some people rest at home whilst the 'really useful' have to continue to go out to work, probably made to do the work of the absent employees etc etc...if that 'fir/fur' money had been paid to the NHS, in the first place...untold billions...then the government wouldn't have had to 'ration' services, would it?...meaning...no lockdown....the economy wouldn't be going bust etc etc...bars/clubs/pubs would have stayed open....because let us face it....it is mainly the 18-30 group which uses them and they are the least likely to die from a covid number....thereby accelerating the whole 'herd immunity' number....and whilst i am very much for the shielding of vulnerable groups....they are the minority and the whole 'block government grant' biznez could have been deployed far more usefully etc etc...by boosting the NHS to full-working capacity, rather than leaving it 'on its last legs' - which it had been, just before lockdown...just thoughts off of the top of my head, dazzlenation....go figure:
