from the macro to the micro, eh?...anyway, I have decided to send yet another email to CHP in order to set the record straight....along the lines of:

 

Dear CHP

 

I can see that I did not explain myself clearly enough, in my former emails.

 

I would like to report that the BATHROOM BASIN installed in my flat, is a showroom display unit which was not built to let water escape down the plughole.

 

Your plumber who came to fix the toilet flush, was to tell me as much - that he would have to replace the entire bathroom basin unit.

 

He was also to tell me that I would not be charged for the job.

 

Now, if I book a plumbing appointment to have that basin replaced - I would firstly like it confirmed in writing that I will not be charged for it because there seems to have been some 'misunderstandings' along the way.
