hmmm...and if we feed the above, back into CHP's 'email equation' let us say...does that mean...that they see that plastic white (egg) cup....as plastic waste?...ha ha ha.....which means that they are trying to claim that it is a blockage (in order to charge me £50)....and that I somehow managed to force a plastic egg cup down through the plughole....which as any bona fide plumber will tell you....is completely impossible....because it must have been fitted from 'underneath' in some way but because I am not a plumber, I couldn't possibly tell you 'how'.....go figure.
