oh I know what's going on...it's something that macron had done 'on the quiet' at the oval office....and in relation to the desk..."something about electrocution" replies BI ONLINE...which was then hinted at in his official portrait...something around macron being the real power behind the oval desk?....go figure:

....along with something around the 'developments'?...oh I 'get' it now...let me backtrack...my mother had talked about that flat that they had almost bought, in Blackheath....but didn't because a surveyor was to tell my parents that the whole ceiling would have to be taken out because of the 'wiring'....now, that is what macron had known about...the rebuilding of the oval/whitehouse and the 'wiring'....how he had known....I have no idea....but he had seen the plans - knew how it all worked....and was going to put it to use...in order to 'control from behind' etc etc....go figure:
