anyway, let me see...'loan guarantees'...that looks as if it is in the same ballpark - doesn't it?...what am I saying, here...I have no idea, at all - really....gill was always the 'financial brains'...however, my sixth sense is ticking me off to 'something' here....it all depends upon the wording of the act.....government loan guarantees....and whether or not 'eurodollar' deposit accounts are included....to buy up 'debt' in Europe...
