....and what else?...well, now...I 'get' what that recent CHP letter had been all about....see previous notes upon CHECK WASTE TO BASIN....in short, those 'mental robots' are doing an IV BRACKETT....the 'machine' had figured that I would be paralysed from the waist (not waste) down....and it is doing an auto-repair job....by attempting to turn back to the hands of time, to 2015....in short, CHP may well send round another 'crap taxidermy' character, to snap my spine....waist/waste-on-basin....meaning paralysed from the waist down on that satanic venus 'shell' of a basin....go figure.
...and so what am I to do about the whole situation?....well, I think that it is time to type a 'rough' copy of what I will send to CHP at some point...once I've calmed down, about the whole horrorshow, that is....as it goes eh?
let me see....what about something like the following:
Dear CHP
RE: REPLACEMENT OF SHOWROOM BATHROOM BASIN
After hearing the tone of voice upon CHP debbie's left message upon my ansaphone, the other day (7/12) - i was left in no doubt that certain people are being as rude as they can possibly be, regarding that bathroom basin replacement job and so i would like to suggest a compromise.
The compromise is - how about no basin, at all in the bathroom?
CHP could simply come in and remove their old showroom basin unit which doesn't work because it wasn't built to drain water down the plughole, in the first place and i will be quite happy to continue cleaning my teeth, over the bathroom sink - seeing as the whole thing appears to be too much trouble, for certain CHP staff.
I might also add that after hearing debbie's tone of voice, i was disinclined to ring up CHp in order to book a plumbing appointment because i simply cannot tolerate a rude and bullying manner - how dare she?
Obviously inconveniencing those like debbie who have much better things to do - rather than to attend to a CHP resident's reports of a repair job - particularly the vulnerable adults amongst us, has not done me any favours and apparently not with the plumbing manager 'mark', either.
I would like to refer you back to the intermittently rude and obstructive correspondence that i have had over the past few weeks regarding that bathroom basin - where CHP employees appear to have wilfully misinterpreted what i had written - most appeared to have great difficulty in understanding the difference between a kitchen sink and a bathroom basin - and are still continuing to refer to my repair report as 'sink blockage' - 'waste on sink unit' - see email correspondence for details along with a letter that i was to recently receive which gives an erroneous job description:
CHECK WASTE TO BASIN
Unless you have somebody in the office who is sufficiently intelligent enough to realise that changing the job title to REPLACEMENT OF SHOWROOM BASIN might be a good idea - then i am quite happy to have 'no basin' at all and that is because i have done without that utility for so many years and therefore it makes little or no difference, to me nowadays - whatsoever.
In short, when an apology should have been issued for fitting a showroom basin that wasn't built to let water down the plughole, in the first place - all i have had so far, in the main - is rude and obstructive behaviour from the CHP employees who have corresponded/left ansaphone messages about the matter, to date and i am at a loss to understand why - considering the fact, that i have always taken great pains to be polite and diplomatic.
Additionally, i might add that this is all coming upon the back of - a certain aaron serices ltd plumber 'lee jackson' - who had left me with a boiler that was potentially highly dangerous - another aaron services ltd plumber was then to certify it 'at risk' and i had to sign a waiver, accordingly. As i have stated in a former email, the boiler is now working fine but i now have this mountain-made-out-of-a-molehole regarding the replacement of a showroom bathroom basin, to contend with and quite honestly i am very concerned about the way in which certain CHP and aaron services ltd staff, have been conducting themselves, recently.
kind regards
