why hasn't the BBC touched this story yet?
anyway, I do not see how this can be a positive signal, in the longterm...that barbed wire reference....because life was extremely difficult for both east and west germans...because of that wall...makes me feel like the UK might become a sort of 'prison camp' in a way...but then that's silly, isn't it? my 'escape route' out of the UK (see previous upon the ill planning to sacrifice me - autumn 2006)...was by ferry from Harwich....such fun...I even convinced my parents to 'have a go'...and they have now used that service along with the schiphol airport link, many times...oh and it had been Tomlinson who tipped me off to that route - so many years ago now...see previous notes...
