OTHER NOTES:
mr bennett had stressed that i should contact CHP about that corridor light...and so that is precisely what i will do, this morning...compose an email along the lines of:
Dear CHP,
The DSA electrician who called yesterday 08/08 - Mr Bennett was to stress the importance of contacting CHP in order to report that the corridor light upon the first floor of belle court - is malfunctioning - see photo attachment. You see, i could hardly see him, when he called at my flat's frontdoor - because when i looked through my flat frontdoor 'spyhole', Mr Bennett had been silhouetted by that green light.
I have reported the above repair job, quite a few times in the past - because that corridor light often malfunctions, at regular intervals - is there a longterm solution to putting it right?
Additionally, Mr Bennett was to tell me that the previous electrician (JOB NUMBER 80757836) should have replaced the heat alarm whilst replacing the smoke alarm, in flat 2 belle court - but that perhaps he didn't have the necessary replacement item, in his van - at the time.
kind regards
Emily Gyde, flat 2, belle court, ellis road, clacton on sea, CO15 1FH
OTHER NOTES:
hmmm...the CHP electrician who had replaced the smoke alarm...was to tell me that he had linked it up 'on the system' to the heat alarm...and that is presumably what Mr Bennett had been worried about...go figure....see previous notes.
let me modify that email text:

The previous electrician had demonstrated to me that he had connected the smoke alarm to the heat alarm by setting off that newly installed smoke alarm - both the smoke and heat alarm were then to go off, in tandem.
