oh and the odd thing about that one...Tomlinson turning up at that point in time...was that previously MI5 toby had shown the prague DTO staff that article and photo of Tomlinson...in the sunday times as far as I can remember....to then say that it would do his brother good...to be in jail for a while...sort him out...get him off the drugs etc etc...and so I can only assume that Tomlinson had served his jail sentence by that point in time...and was back working for MI6...go figure.
