Dear Ms Tunstall,
Thank you for your reply. I was to ask the AARON operative that I was to speak to on the phone if a letter had been sent and if so that it might have got lost in the post but all I got in response was an apology and so I have no idea whether or not a letter had been sent because i certainly didn't receive one.
Anyway, despite the above phonecall to arrange for a new booking upon the 22/08 and two emails sent, in order to cancel that 'annual gas check' booking upon the 5/08 - an AARON engineer was to post a card through my flat frontdoor upon the 5/08 to state that he had called whilst I was out - which indicates a certain lack of communication between AARON services ltd admin and their engineers. A time was given but no name - please see attachment. I do hope that this does not mean that I will be charged £15 for supposedly missing a booking.
