guess what? CHP were to send this reply - in relation to what AARON services ltd have been up to - regarding that text-to-mobile...and ms tunstall wants to know whether there had been a letter sent or not...exactly what I was to voice upon the phone...to no reply from that AARON services ltd operative...she wouldn't say whether a letter had been sent or not...I was to say "if there had been a letter maybe it got lost in the post" fishing to see whether or not one had been sent....oh and so yes, she certainly didn't claim that AARON services ltd had sent one...all she did was apologise for the whole thing...go figure.....odd because if the company has sent a letter...they tend to immediately state it..."we sent you a letter on the " etc etc...but she wouldn't say a word upon 'that one'.




oh and to cap it all...look at this...posted through my flat's frontdoor....at 4.50pm apparently....no name, given...go figure:


AARON services ltd really really wanted to come round...didn't they?...and no amount of dissuasion in terms of a phonecall - a rebooking for the 22nd of august...two emails sent upon two consecutive days...along with those emails to CHP...despite all of that...nothing would put them off....isn't that weird?

if one were looking at it 'coolly'...one might simply say that there is a certain lack of communication between the engineers/electricians/plumbers and AARON services ltd...go figure.

anyway, I will...at some point...have to write an email to ms tunstall - asking her to confirm that I will not be charged £15 for missing a booking....because the ill will almost certainly 'try that one on' if I do not...isn't this all so tedious?
