oh and an 'odd one' in passing...the last plumber in...the one who replaced the kitchen mixer tap...well he had said something odd upon his mobile...apart from telling 'whoever' that he had had to ask a "seagull" because belle court had been so difficult to find...he was also to describe the flats in this building as "they're a bit like maisonettes"...first time, I've heard of 'that one'...flats not maisonettes - there is a difference and he presumably knew it...go figure...
