anyway, this is actually all about henrietta bullard....and that is because a certain investigation was to reveal that her mother had been the village whore and not a 'lady'....with some notable customers....henrietta's daddy, was to do dolls' house programming with her...a bit like gill, in her way - then?....anyway, having been brought up as a child prostitute - in later life, it isn't hard to understand why she had begun to see psychiatric lock-ups as her own 'dolls' house' - oh and let's not go near to the 'sex parties' that she used to attend with that erstwhile head of broadmoor (nor her 'norwegian intelligence' son - edward)....where she could experiment with the dolls...she was to describe it as how the system 'moulds' inmates....a bit like sculpture - yes, really...she had likened it to being a sculptress....and what else?...well, the medical profession is a very middle-class one....henrietta had once opined that not going to oxbridge, had been the bane of her life....lol...lying, of course....oxbridge is stuffed full of the upper-classes...who would have found her out, in a second....secondly, most doctors laugh about the psychiatric profession...."you'd have to be mad to do it" sort of thing....a general consensus that all psychiatrists are barking mad....more laughter...which is probably why those like henrietta and andrew carney could breeze through it, so easily...close friends of henrietta (including oscar and sylvia) regarding her as a dangerous psychopath but on the other hand, so 'amusing' etc etc....and one last note - toddy had likened caroline hughes to bullard....i.e. somebody who knew about 'the maths' because they inputted it...and yes, i can now see the parallels between the two of them, only too well - let us say....both seen as 'psychos' upon a social level...both qualified in the mental health field etc etc....go figure.
