anyway, the bit where it goes up into the sky...was to remind me of a recent project that elon musk is apparently involved in....lol...a bit 'pie in the sky'?...and yes, this is all more than a bit 'deja vu', let us say....go figure:
anyway, so basically it is based upon the principle, of a raft supported/powered by drones....hmmm....looks about as stable as harari's noah's ark....lol....and what happens when one of your drones cuts out etc etc....go figure:
