....and what's new this monday evening, dazzlenation?...a complicated little number....centring upon what those at portishead house had got up to....in short, it is around identity theft and library/bank accounts....first up, this morning - i was to find out at clacton library that somebody had used my library account to run up 40p in print-outs from a computer in the library...i had neither printed out from a computer or photocopied anything....upon the 5th of december 2022....oh and i might add that i haven't used their facilities to do that - for so many years, that i cannot remember 'when' exactly...way before those 'covid' years etc etc.....anyway, 'crappy' had told me previously to just pay it whilst asking for a new card with a new number etc etc....and the process in which to complain and get that 40p back?...apparently it would have to be a formal 'escalated' complaint to the so-called supervisor and an investigation then launched etc etc...funny how the word 'escalate' is now used to describe a bona fide complaint - as if you are 'in the wrong' for making a fuss ...the word has a negative/pejorative tone "you're just escalating the situation, again" etc etc...so much 'hassle' as far as i was concerned and for just 40p....oh and remember - ling's mob run the place and so inherently untrustworthy, in the first place....lol....and what else?....well, this surrounds what 'crappy' had got up to - regarding that CIA OPPO phone and HSBC 'digital banking'....anyway, the other week i had tried to get online banking via my laptop....to then follow the procedure upon their site...to then be given a telephone code/access to what i can only describe as....more laughter....not my bank account, let us say...crappy's doing.....oh and the site then refused to let me access my bank account via my laptop - without downloading their 'digital app' upon my phone...a 'digital app' which lots of customers had complained about as being 'useless' in comments...which had annoyed me immensely, at the time....and so i complained online to the HSBC who then sent me an email saying that it was possible to have online banking without an app downloaded onto your phone....and having had another look at the procedure online...same old thing...i'm not falling for 'that one' again...and so i then decided that if i really want online banking upon my laptop...then i would have to go into my branch and ask for a PSK (physical secure key)...to then pick it up in person 'just in case' etc etc....and what else?...well, this is where it gets murkier...something that the police know about....regarding the mossad and aya....you see - i had 'confidently' left my handbag in her surgery, whilst going into the other room with her assistant - for an X-ray...knowing that etc etc....and guess what?....lol...my missing library card (the one that rodway had stolen) magically appeared, back in my purse....strange old world, isn't it?...anyway, there is one last 'magical moment' to talk about and it is something that toddy's NSA mate had known about...what the 'wyss' had got up to....and in relation to a future event/prediction, let us say - involving 'ilyas masra' at the HSBC....more laughter...a 'planetary' long-range number and that's all i'm going to say about 'that one'....apart from the fact that it had been the polish team at portishead house who had etc etc....anyway, 'ilyas masra', who had sent me a bona fide email from the HSBC 'escalated complaints' address...however, the two left messages upon my phone were another matter....reply to 03456001256?....hmmm....oh and the voice of somebody claiming to be 'lyas' upon that recorded message was also to say "i will not send you an email"...although somebody with the same name, has done so...a bona fide email...who knows, eh...i've had enough of all of it and will take it no further - online or on my phone...i shall deal with the bank 'in person' etc etc....anyway - more radio files, marines..."royalty" replies BI online....go figure:

ilyas' number isn't on there - is it?...okay so it is the fraud team but even so...having searched for that particular 0345 number...it comes under 'suspect' according to a couple of sites....anyway, the inference is that even though you might think that an 0345 number is 'trustworthy' - evidently it isn't....see below....go figure:
