....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, i haven't yet mentioned the questions that 111 have to ask you.....whilst working your way through, their procedure.....anyway, i had already done so, upon their website and so i had already known what it was all about and what questions, they were supposed to ask you....to then ring up, this morning - to find out that the programmed 111 operative on the end of the line....was to then ask me some odd questions....about taking your temperature....i.e. instead of asking me if i had a temperature....proven by a thermometer reading....it all got a bit 'scientology' let us say....."touch your chest and back" etc etc....oh and 111 operative also had a problem with 'repetition'....i.e. he kept on asking the same question...up to 3 times....despite me having answered 'yes' or 'no' and quite obviously, the first time.....and yes, i am quite sure that the voice on the other end of the line was 'human' and not an AI 'robot' number...or was it?...lol....and that is because 'crappy' had told me "they're quite clever about it, nowadays"....as in recorded human speech, regarding certain questions.....something along those lines?....."repeat the question several times for verification" replies BI online.....a recorded voice and a computer program at work, then?
