anyway, this requires a little bit more of an explanation...as allison stonier 'n' steve jones, can no doubt - remember (whilst at essex)...although it began - as far as i am concerned....at langley senior school....with daldry 'n' his military mate....holding a session in the school hall for those who had signed up for a military course on 'how to fly'....and yes, there had been a real course in place at tudor grange because rodway was to tell me that her sister 'janet', was to join the wrens and learn to fly, whilst still at that school - do i need to add that daldry's 'learn-to-fly' number at langley, had not been a real course, let us say?...the children were to laugh nervously as he and his mate performed a 'joke' as a 'warm-up' exercise....along the lines of 'i just hit him on the head and he's flying'....seeing stars etc etc...anyway, a few years later on....daldry 'n' military mate - were to turn up at essex university...to do a similar number....allison, steve and myself - were to escape...i won't go into details, here - regarding how we managed it...but we did...and not only that...but at the same time - we had effectively managed to get ourselves off of the 'bats' list....see previous notes upon 'roasted bats' at the royal banquet, nowadays etc etc....go figure.
