anyway, this is something that mcgowan had wanted to dig up, again....and in relation to orange electric solar-powered scooters, left around clacton - recently....go figure.
oh i see.....is that what had been going on....he never tells me anything....led me to believe that it was his own project and that the scooters were part of his operation....go figure:
