....anyway, i agree with 'crappy', dazzlenation....there is something a bit 'weird' about being inside clacton morrisons....not conducive to people feeling relaxed 'n' happy....staff and customers.....and it was 'that way' before covid, i might add...unlike say M&S, lidl's or sainsbury's....where the staff were always friendly and helpful...."it's the culture" replies BI online....if you look at the complaints registered online for aldi nationwide...a huge amount....and all about customer service....i haven't had a look for morrisons on google, as yet....go figure:
