oh I remember now, dazzlenation....evans had said "reminds me of the Reichstag - that photo..." I.e. the building next door to etc etc and so I take it that this isn't really about Germany, at all - then?....see previous posts....go figure:
hmmm...doesn't remind me of the Reichstag...what about a 'Kaiser bill helmet' evans?....and that would be a reference to prince phillip...wouldn't it?
