off on a tangent now, dazzlenation....let me see...is this something around 'maru' let us say...in relation to the core-set-tree.....and a certain 'athens' number, regarding a road trip movie?....see previous posts...go figure:
and yes, as far as I can remember...this is what had happened, upon that 'coach trip', in Greece 1979...after 'nigel' had had enough of the whole thing, that is...in short, he had demanded that his passport (as well as his girlfriend and her best friend's passport) be given back...and yes, he had had a credit card (something that nobody else, did - as far as I can recall within that 16-18 years old group)...at first, the leaders of the trip refused but he was adamant...eventually they relented....the woman-in-charge was then plagued with urgent calls from families/the UK police etc etc...because nigel hadn't done what he had promised to do i.e. taken the first flight back from Athens....anyway, as far as I know...he had bought a car and the trio eventually made it back home, safely...to then turn up at that reunion....his girlfriend was to take an overdose (gill was to say, that most of his girlfriends ended up dead - see previous notes upon viewing the cctv, within the holliday camp etc etc)....an emergency crew turned up....the police were then involved etc etc...as it goes, eh?
