....as long as it takes? the BBC states elsewhere that it should take about 2 years...now my current passport is valid until 2023....so I do hope that nobody is going to charge me for a new one, in 2 years...the last one cost enough...including all of that stupid rigamarole about getting the photo 'right' according to specifications etc etc...
