and what else?...well, suddently my mailbox was hit by a flurry of new emails, including the missing one - joining that 02 correspondence with the ombudsman - as follows...regarding the first account:

and so all that i can say in relation to the above is that hopefully the credits will wipe the debts....but they might not quite cover it - in relation to what O2 have been up to on their computer system (who knows what amounts they are attempting to charge me at present - regarding their 'fines' system etc etc) and so perhaps ms whyte can clarify the situation etc etc....this is what moorcroft is telling me to pay up etc etc.....£687.35 debt - moorcroft reference 007354042882 and also the £520.08 debt - moorcroft reference of 007354834574.... a bit worrying?...the figures don't balance at present but perhaps they will do, given time...more credits necessary etc etc...anyway, i've emailed both Ms Whyte and moorcroft - regarding the above credits and asked moorcroft to confirm that both debts have now been waived.....whether or not all credits have gone through, as yet etc etc.....go figure.
....and what's new this monday evening, dazzlenation?...well, first up - O2 have finally got in contact...to tell me that they are reviewing the 'request' regarding a certain amount in the first email but no account is mentioned....the second email stated that it will credit my first account with £250 and then a third email stated that they will credit it with a further £100 and would refund £52 but not £52.27 - oh and to make matters worse...after I had forwarded all of those emails to Ms Whyte - the third email then disappeared....plus the correspondence was all forwarded to 02 mailing system even though i had opted to exclusively send the whole lot to ms whyte's address and leave them out of the loop for the time being...and so now I am figuring that 'tard-world' has hacked my laptop or something like that....and of course, they'll all pay for 'that one'....go figure:
