and in a very alternate dimension, dazzlenation...is this the 'torso' that you had been looking for?.....oh i 'get' it now...a bit of an underwater pipeline - cabling....regarding that 'bunyrabit' horrorshow....although as far as i can remember....obama had talked about a 'buoy' system across the oceans/seas....and if one cut out....the transmissions would re-direct etc etc....go figure::
