....and what's flashbak on, then - dazzlenation?...hmmm....reminding me of roz, to the right and toby macklin, in the centre....remember he had not only been in the same 'violet evergarden' writing class as myself, roz and 'amanda price' (upon whom, that manga series had been based) but had also been on that prague british council DTO team - who were to collectively write the latest 'milan kundera' novel, later on - whilst working as EFL teachers etc etc.....and so in a way, the photo below - reminds me of 'all of that'.....as it was supposed to do...something around the 'giggle' involved....regarding mills and boon investigating an SAS PO 'dropbox'....and yes, it had all been carefully planned, at the time..."be careful" roz had warned etc etc...."mills and boon investigating the SAS" replies BI online...well, if you put it baldly...that is what then happened......the SAS then 'investigated' them back....after having sent their man in with a 'wire'....and the upshot?...a polite invite to 'tea', in order to discuss the matter of 'payment'...and the aftermath, dazzlenation?...well, i wonder now...because that SAS member had been so talented at writing....much better than mills and boon material.... 'the birth of the SAS novel', anybody?...we're going back to the late 80s, here ....go figure:
