oh i remember now...this was part of Botton's therapy....get him doing something that he likes doing...singing and guitar strumming...and then get him to do a 'free-association' exercise....so no i am not laughing at the material...psychiatrists/psychologists who have a serious interest in deprogramming adults and children from the ill cult - should take heed.....
