.....and 'this one', dazzlenation...is for conspiracy theorists only....more laughter....now, let me think....the word 'occult' in medical jargon doesn't necessarily etc etc....well, you know what i mean...but i'll have to look it up, to explain...see previous posts....go figure:
ah, okay - yes...the word 'occult' here - simply refers to the eye or rather unseen by the naked eye...the ocular rather than the occult - etymology latin for 'hidden':
anyway, don't get me onto the topic of 'they contact you, in order to try to engage you in various healthcare projects/screening programs/studies/workshops which you really don't need'...but when you really do need something...well, you know how it goes...i've been complaining about 'that one' for the last decade or more....the rise of the clinician/academic studies/public health vs....or rather at the expense of doctors/nurses and frontline care because government block grants are finite...only a limited amount of funds to be delegated etc etc...and so when i find myself in the position of being unable to get a diagnosis i.e. find out what is actually wrong with my shoulder...which used to be the first step in the procedure - to then be offered the last step i.e. physio - as the only option at present because ranworth hasn't actioned the USS requested by the urgent treatment centre at clacton hospital and without ranworth medical staff seeing me, at all - i might add...well, you know what i mean...and the bizarre thing is - it doesn't even appear to make monetary sense...whatever ranworth will have to pay from their budget...buying in services, i suppose.... for a one-off USS - will surely be less than a flow of physio appointments, which at present - are not necessary at all...add to the whole bunch, something that sylvia had once said to me about surgeries and budgeting..."you're so healthy - you haven't cost them a penny" etc etc....and i haven't...in all of the years that i have been at ranworth and yet now?....omg...are we back to that old slave-driving number along the lines of 'you mustn't cost us a penny' etc etc...and so why the desire to send me to physio which isn't necessary - none of it really adds up - does it etc etc...see previous posts.....go figure.
