and er...no pickup code so far.....i then tried again - on amazon live chat....to get a manager 'kriti reshav' who helpfully sent me a pickup code...at last!...i'll try it out this saturday morning.....let me see...the surname is equated with 'rishi' on google....a sage or seer.....'supreme'....'excellent'....'one who is wise'.....and it follows....one who is a manager who knows 'how'....lol....go figure.

....an update, 'rishi's pick up code didn't work.....i then tried 'live chat' again....lol....pathetic, isn't it, nowadays....so hard to get through to anybody etc etc...and yet abarna appears to be far more helpful than the rest of them.....apparently i'm getting a refund....in relation to what i can see has been a mcgowan/bent coppers number....regarding that 'mack' amazon locker, behind the premier inn, clacton...best to choose another locker, next time?....go figure:
