....and what else, dazzlenation?....2pm and 'tom' the latest aaron services ltd plumber has just finished work and left...he did a sterling job....rather like mr church had once done.....he took the old radiator away and then repaired the boiler - to then tell me that it needed replacing.....at present, the central heating will no longer work although hot water is still available...according to 'tom' - it was a choice between the two, given the current state of the boiler.....anyway, he then told me that when aaron services ltd contacted me again...to tell them that 'tom' had already done the 'install' survey...he has a good mate at vaillant - took advice from him, on his mobile.....and took the necessary photos etc etc....they would then contact tom - who would arrange another time - next week to come and install the new boiler....oh and what's best of all...i showed him the jammed stopcock....and he managed to get it unstuck, again...had no difficulty in seeing it, at all....lol...although having just checked it again - he had turned it on 'full' in order to deal with the boiler - rather than turning it off i.e. it is still jammed and will not turn off....see previous notes upon all of that....additionally 'louis' appears to have been the 'new guy' in the office, according to physical description....he had assumed the name of another plumber who is apparently excellent at his job, within the office....anyway, more radio files for today - marines...as it goes, eh?
