What can I say but that I also have to apologise and that is because I had not realised the full impact of these stressful times, which have clearly resulted in your inability to comprehend what must be obvious to most.

However, I am curious to know why you do not trust your own plumber's authority (bathroom basin taps job) - who had confirmed with myself, that my flat's intercom is in perfect working order.

The former aaron services ltd plumber (bedroom radiator valve) had either been lying or perhaps it was because he had a problem operating an unfamiliar although relatively simple-to-use intercom system. At any rate, after hearing the intercom 'buzz' and quizzed who was outside, to no reply - I raced down the stairs to see the man about to drive off. Having flagged him down - he was rude and somewhat abusive in his language and manner i.e. he had not wanted to stay and do the job and so I wonder now if it was the same employee who had apparently told aaron services ltd - who had then told you, ms palmer - that he had turned up at belle court upon the morning of the 16/04?

Additionally, I have a full view of belle court/Jackson court drive from my living room windows  and during covid-19 lockdown, you can hear any vehicle approaching a mile off.

What else can I say but that at present, it might not be appropriate to trust your decision-making process and work-related performance - considering what stress you appear to be under, in relation to arranging another booking. Perhaps I could have a word with your manager, in order to arrange another booking.
