...and what else, dazzlenation?...well, I'd better pen an email to CHP/aaron services ltd....and that is because I suspect a 'rat' here....you know what I mean...see previous notes upon 'all of that'...go figure:

Dear CHP/aaron services ltd

It is now 1pm upon a thursday morning - 16/04.

I had previously booked a morning appointment for the annual gas safety check - thursday 8-1pm 16/04/2020 but unfortunately the plumber has not appeared.

I am therefore cancelling the above appointment and would like to remind CHP/aaron services ltd that nobody is allowed to turn up 'on spec' without a previous arrangement and booking.

Kindly, email me back with another morning appointment booking  - any morning of the week starting 20/04/2020 is possible - whatever is convenient, although I would like to stress that I do not expect to have to wait in all morning, for the plumber to then not appear.

If present circumstances i.e. 'covid-19' are making it impossible for aaron services ltd to do the annual gas safety checks - please do not book another appointment unless you are certain that the plumber will be able to turn up, next time.
