on behalf of Scottish power?...you know - I answered one of those calls, a long time ago, now - dear reader...to tell 'whoeveritwas' that the decision lay with my landlord CHP...I then gave them CHP's number....and well, somebody obviously wasn't listening to a word that I had said....see previous notes upon just how many times lowri beck have rung my mobile to try and sell etc etc...almost a daily occurrence, nowadays....go figure:
