oh I remember now...rimington laughing about 'the whole thing'...anyway, is that supposed to be something around the black wig that scarlett used to wear, around Harwich...as part of his 'biker' disguise?....because if so...it was a bit longer than that...made of real hair, as far as I can remember...long, lank and greasy...go figure:
