...and whilst still on the theme of 'things that might have been used during mind control programming'....well 'ELT' as an acronym - can only mean one thing to me...English Language Teaching....

oh and see previous notes upon my teaching English at the prague DTO 1994-6....whilst the british council's headquarters were still on narodni ul....Malcolm the teacher trainer coordinator was to tell me that the underground offices (where most of the admin staff worked) were called "the warren because it's a bit like going down the rabbithole"....on the other side of the wall to those british council admin offices....were bank vaults....the actual bank was situated upon the floor above the DTO.
